If you would like to arrange a nutrition talk online or in person for your club, then please get in touch. 

These talks are tailored to the age/competitive level/knowledge of your team and so are priced individually.

1:1 Coaching

There are a few package offers (described below) but I can still offer 1:1 coaching on a session to session basis if you would prefer.


The fee for a comprehensive nutritional assessment is £110 (60mins)

And follow up appointments are charged at £80 for 45mins. 


While Dolmen focuses on nutrition coaching for endurance runners, that doesn't mean other athletes can't get support here.
